The "core" Z-Haus second floor continues to surprise.  Two bedrooms share a full bath while the private master bedroom gets a 4' shower and walk in closet.  The second floor laundry keeps things efficient.  Tile is standard as are red oak treads on the stairs, upgrade the hall and master bedroom from carpet to red oak hardwood floors or go high end on your master bathroom, up to you... simple.

​​The "core" Z-Haus first floor includes everything you want standard. Entry with room for a bench and hall closet, private study, gas fireplace, island ready kitchen, pantry, mud room and powder room, red oak hardwood and tile make your new home beautiful and functional.  Simple is our mantra so we only offer a few kitchen upgrades, a bathroom upgrade and study hardwood floor.   

The "core" Z-Haus includes a full attic accessed from pull down stairs, with the floor upgrade it is fantastic for that extra storage space and easy to access with the third floor stair upgrade.

It is likely we have a Z-Haus ready to move into or one under construction already.  Many of our clients move in less than four months after their one stop closing that we already have set up for you!  Our simplified single closing home financing package has the lowest down payment (5%) and al la carte upgrade pricing so you know what it costs up front, no surprises... simple.

Thoughtful Design means every Z-Haus is situated on its lot with a reverence to the sun, wind and orientation.  It also means that  "upgrades" like hardwood floors, tile, granite are standard, we know what you want so why create an artificially low price... simple.


When it comes to energy efficiency the Z-Haus stands among the few homes that can achieve a HERS rating below 30 (code is 100). Sealed plates, energy efficient framing, insulated headers, blown in wet cellulose are never seen but are felt every day of a New England winter.  Available Zip Wall R-Sheathing continuous insulation, triple pane windows, even Solar PV and Solar Thermal means your Z-Haus can be a near zero energy home... simple.
